A new foundry established under the name of Viral Founders
- began making quality
castings at Belgaum, 500 kms away from Mumbai. New cupola furnace was installed
for the purpose. |
1985 |
Modern machining center with the name Presswell filters started
operating near Viral Founders. Modern machines such as horizontal boring, plano
millers, lathes, shaping and radial drilling machine installed to develop in
house capability to manufacture all machine components required for filters
press.

Compression polypropylene molding presses designed, manufactured and
installed at a new factory commissioned at Ichalkaranji, 120 kms from Belgaum to
make quality filter plates.
Installed new Induction furnace to produce alloy steel casting required for
various components.
With commissioning of above new facility all components are brought under in
house manufacturing range. This enables us to produce high quality product
matching international standards. Thousands of presses working working in India
and abroad. |
